Horse Creek Ranch offers the optimum 1.4 miles of Concho River frontage available in Texas. It features a concrete ramp that easily ushers you and your boat straight into O.H. Ivie Lake, recently named the best fishing lake in America by Bassmaster Magazine and this Concho River branch offers the best fishing. There has been no livestock on the ranch since May 2022. Fencing is good with high fence, game proof fencing around three sides. The northern boundary is the Concho River and O.H. Ivie Lake. This property offers excellent privacy with a well maintained, private and fully deeded entry road. Interior fencing is good with old fence rows left in place to provide shelter for a substantial quail population. It is common to kick up 6 to 8 covey of quail on your drive around. Comfortable ranch house for overnight stays with a fancy equipment barn for your boat, tractor, or ATV's. Massive whitetail, abundant turkey, lots of quail, and ideal fishing on this phenomenal 2,000 acres! A 170 inch deer was taken in 2023.
